Paper Seagull Kites

You don’t need to go to the beach or park to fly a kite. You can have your own in your backyard and make it yourself.

All you need:
A piece of string or twine about 40cm long
A texta
Piece of white A4 paper for each Seagull
Sticky tape

All you do: Draw a seagull outline using the template (insert link) and then cut out the shape and attach the piece of string to the beak with sticky tape. Draw on a face and let the kidlets draw wings and feathers so they can distinguish which seagull is theirs. For other template ideas click here.

Now hold your seagulls ready by holding onto the end of string and run to make your seagull soar!
